Chef Omar is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas where he attended college and graduated from culinary school. Shortly after receiving his degree, he moved to Las Vegas and worked with talented chefs at Michelin star rated fine dining establishments. Chef Omar then joined the Hyatt family sharing his expertise at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa, Grand Hyatt Washington, and Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa. We are excited that Chef Omar has made Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort his home as he prepares delicious creations with the best seasonal ingredients California has to offer.
